1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapTable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapTable is a desktop application that allows users to capture screenshots of tables and extract data into spreadsheet-compatible formats. The Service includes:

  • Desktop application for Windows
  • Cloud-based table extraction processing
  • Account management via web dashboard

3. Account Registration

To use SnapTable, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial:

  • New users receive a 7-day free trial
  • Credit card is required to start the trial
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges

Paid Subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Prices are listed on our pricing page
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • No refunds for partial months after cancellation

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly capture limit:

  • Starter: 750 captures per month
  • Pro: 2,000 captures per month
  • Enterprise: Custom limits as agreed

Unused captures do not roll over to the next month. Exceeding your limit will temporarily disable capture functionality until your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SnapTable to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Process data you do not have rights to capture
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service

7. Intellectual Property

SnapTable and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapTable and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data and content.

8. Privacy

Your use of SnapTable is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not store your captured data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EXTRACTION RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPTABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
